Best Dealership i've been too. From Matt with the livery side to the owners, i have never felt so welcome in my life at a dealership. I had Josh W. come out today with Mobile Service and just wanted to say it was a great experience. True professional who quickly performed the service and even provided a ton of insight on other things relating to my vehicle. All while standing outside in a snow storm. Above and beyond. It’s been a long time since I’ve actually had a positive experience with a dealership’s services.
Josh came to my house for a service call and he was beyond professional and kind. He went over and beyond to explain to me what he was doing to the car and what the car needed in the future. He was efficient and polite. In fact I tried to give him a tip for his help and he would not accept! I never write reviews, but he was so wonderful, I felt like it was needed this time.
When is service manager on the phone said can I send the service truck to you? I was so amazed I said sure. I was expecting to have to tell the car in. He came out and fix the problem in less than an hour. What a great idea to have a mobile service truck. Josh said that he was a master mechanic and he really knew his stuff. I came out for service for my Explorer. Had great communication with my service advisor Riche. The process was fast and painless. They got me in fast, dropped off the vehicle the night before and they picked my wife up the next day at the house to pick it up. I have had my vehicle serviced at other ford dealers in the area. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BETTER DEALER IN THE AREA!

Great service here as always. Took a few visits to finally get to the bottom of a persistent vibration problem after an accident they fixed up beautifully. But after this last visit, she's running like she was fresh out of the dealership.
